RAPTORs IMPACT PULVERISER     RAPTORs Impact Pulveriser having unique characteristics with perfect fitment screen less pulveriser. Its design keeps the complete system resulting in absolute alignment, feeding controlling system & easy dust free operation and maintenance having with Cyclone Collector, Rotary Air Lock Valve and Dust Collector. Impact Pulveriser is ideal used for pulverise the material between 100 to 300 BSS Mesh (in some cases more than #300) economically, efficiently and reliably having with facility to vary the fineness by adjusting the Whizzer fan setting. Impact Pulveriser is normally fabricated / casted from MS/CI or as per customer requirement complete/contact part of SS too.    Impact Pulveriser is suitable to pulverize for soft & medium hard materials like; Spice, Ayurvedic Herbs / Roots, Chemicals, Die-stuff, Minerals, Pigments, Bulk Drug, Seeds, Coal and many other Products.    Impact Pulveriser robustly constructed to run vibration free, air tight joints, with serrated MS/MANGANISE liners, Forged MS swing type hammers of particular shape, whizzer type classifier pneumatically working cyclone and dust collector for fine filtration, complete with base plate and ducts.
