Product Details
PharmaTech Tray Dryer consists of a fully enclosed and insulated chamber fitted with multiple trays arranged in tiers. Drying is achieved through the circulation of hot air generated by electric heaters or other suitable heating sources. Blower fans are installed within the chamber to ensure uniform air distribution and efficient heat transfer to the material.
An efficient air recirculation system is incorporated to maximize drying performance. The heated air is continuously recirculated and mixed with a controlled amount of fresh air to achieve optimal drying conditions. The system is engineered to provide uniform temperature distribution, ensuring that materials placed on both the upper and lower trays dry evenly at the same time.
