A motorized mechanism then subjects the wire to a specified number of flexing or bending cycles (e.g., at a rate of 9 \pm 2 revolutions per minute) while under a calibrated tensile load (weight). Measurement/Criteria: An integrated electrical continuity monitoring circuit detects any interruption in the connection.The test automatically stops if the circuit opens (failure), recording the precise number of cycles at the point of failure. 2. Pull-Out Force Test (Tensile Strength)   Purpose: To measure the connection's ultimate tensile strength—the force required to pull the conductor out of the connector.This is the primary verification of the quality of the crimp or screw connection.
