Ultrasonic Plastic Welding Machine for CCTV Camera body by altrAsonix is specially designed for assembling CCTV camera bodies, dome shells, bullet camera enclosures and weatherproof security camera housings. CCTV housings are exposed to dust, rain, UV rays and outdoor vibrations, making strong and reliable sealing extremely important. Ultrasonic welding has become the industry's most preferred joining method due to its high-strength, airtight and neat joint formation. This machine uses a 15 kHz, 2600W digital ultrasonic generator capable of producing precise ultrasonic vibrations required for medium-thick ABS and PC camera housings. The digital control ensures consistent weld depth, energy delivery and stable joint formation without damaging the internal components such as IR LEDs, camera sensors, wiring ports and mounting frames. CCTV camera bodies often include lens covers, optical windows, gasket channels, mounting structures and electronics compartments. These areas require precise bonding to ensure clarity, waterproofness and dust resistance. Ultrasonic welding eliminates the need for adhesives which can degrade under sunlight or lose strength in heat.
