91 000 74051 TileFixo GROUT CG is a single-component, cement-based, pigmented grout designed for filling joints between tiles, natural stones, marble, granite, etc. It is part of the "TileFixo" product range from UltraTech — meant for grout/joint-filling (not tile-adhesive) rather than tile bonding. ��️ Where & How It's Used Suitable for joint filling in tiles, marble, granite, natural stone floors and walls. Works for horizontal (floors) and vertical (walls) applications. Max recommended tile-joint width: up to 6 mm × 6 mm. �� Key Features & Benefits Cement-based + polymer-modified — gives better bonding strength compared to plain grout. Non-shrink, self-curing grout: minimizes shrinkage, ensures consistent finish over time. Reduced water absorption → improved durability, less risk of dampness, seepage through joints. Uniform and smooth finish — gives neat grout lines and improved aesthetics after installation. Easy to mix and apply — mix with ~ 27–29 % water by weight, stir 2–3 minutes; apply with putty/spatula and clean with sponge/cloth for finishing. ✅ Good For Residential and commercial projects — for standard tiling tasks with ceramic, vitrified, natural stone, marble, or granite. Floor and wall tile joints (indoors or mild outdoor exposure), where joint width is moderate (≤ 6 mm). Users wanting a reliable cement-based grout that gives clean, durable, and water-resistant joints — without going for epoxy grout.
