The Unicon LB-0505 Hospital Stretcher Elevator moves patients on stretchers with little risk and little delay. The car holds 18 people or 1600 kg and runs without jerks. Door along with ceiling panels are 304 stainless steel - the surface wipes clean plus tolerates disinfectants. Cabin size is 1400 mm wide, 2400 mm deep, 2100 mm high - a stretcher, two attendants in addition to a drip pole fit side by side. The drive unit, guide rails next to shock absorbers keep acceleration below 0.65 m/s² and level accuracy within ±2 mm. Unicon fits light curtains, full height door sensors and a backup battery that brings the car to the nearest floor if power fails. The elevator serves hospitals that need reliable vertical transport for critical patients.
