Vacuum Freeze Dryer has been introduced to provide an effective method of drying various types of foods/fruits/vegetables/products/pharmaceuticals and biological and chemical materials. The Vacuum Freeze Dryer uses state-of- the-art vacuum freeze drying technology which allows for preservation of the structure of the product, the taste of the product and the nutrition of using the product. Low-temperature drying through the process of sublimation provides for a high degree of product integrity while producing the highest quality end product with the least amount of product damage. This equipment is also appropriate for use by both the food and pharmaceutical industries to achieve highly accurate moisture removal as required by both industries. This equipment is manufactured for industrial uses and to provide consistent and efficient drying of products. This Vacuum Freeze Dryer is new, with a minimum quantity of 1 (one) unit being applicable to only new installations. The vacuum freezer/lyophilizer was also designed to lyophilise high-value products and has been tested to deliver consistent and accurately regulated freeze-drying results.
