The Vanaz R-6412 is a high-capacity, adjustable industrial gas pressure regulator. It is primarily used as a first-stage regulator in large-scale LPG or Natural Gas pressure reducing systems (PRS) and gas trains for industrial furnaces and boilers. 1. Technical Specifications The R-6412 is designed for high-flow applications where significant pressure reduction is required while maintaining high precision. Key Features & Variants Ease of Adjustment: The outlet pressure is adjusted manually using a spring-loaded screw knob located on the top bonnet. Turning it clockwise increases the pressure; counter-clockwise decreases it. Stability: It is a "High Pressure – High Flow" regulator, meaning it is built to handle the turbulence of large gas volumes without losing accuracy. R-6412 II Variant: There is a high-pressure version (Model II) often supplied with ANSI 300# flanges to accommodate higher system ratings. Maintenance: Often paired with a Vanaz filter (like the F-series) upstream to prevent debris from damaging the internal diaphragm. 3.
