CE-4500HVE Vertical Band Sealer is a Vertical, Free Standing, Coding continuous band sealer that is suitable for sealing stand up pouches, liquid-type products, and all types of thermoplastic materials and bags. Perfect for application in the food, medical, and cosmetic industries.Band Sealers (often called Belt Sealers) are ideal for high volume packaging and sealing thermoplastic materials like polyethylene, plastic-lined, foil and gusseted bags of almost any size or length. Operating speeds can be set lower or higher without wear to the sealer. In a vertical band sealer, bags or pouches are standing upright as they move through the continuous heat sealer elements. In a horizontal band sealer, the bags or pouches are laying down on the conveyor as they move through the sealer.A Band Sealer with Nitrogen Flushing, as the name suggests, works by filling nitrogen gas into the package to preserve longevity and then seals the packaging content. This nitrogen filling system is commonly used for packing food equipment. It is also known as the Sealing Band Gas Flushing Unit.English: Continuous Band Sealer Machine capable of sealing a wide range of bags such as stand-up pouches (Doypack), gusseted bags, pillow-type bags, sachets, barriers bags, etc.A sealer is a special type of primer designed to be used with, or in place of, a primer.
