We have in store superior quality Single Leg Bucket Elevator that is extensively used in numerous industrial applications. Fabricated from high quality galvanized steel or mild steel, this elevator is available in different sizes depending on the customer requirements with capacity varying from 5 TPH to 50 TPH. Owing to its unique design, it offers stable operations even in tall versions. The bucket elevator consists of: Elevator boot – Consist of belt tightening arrangement, trapdoor for cleaning on both sides of the boot, pulley arrangement for rotation of belt, 1 inlet piece, heavy duty ball bearings, motor bracket, and extension with large inspection cover on one side for periodic inspection Elevator head – Comprises heavy duty ball bearings, motor bracket, pulley arrangement for rotation of belt, extension with large inspection covers on one side Intermediate Elevating Boxes – Consists of thick wide angles to provide strong support and accurate alignment for all the boxes Buckets and belt of required dimensions and capacity Gear fitted motor for smooth running of the elevator at desired rate
