Key Features and Benefits High Precision: The VRS series offers best-in-class standard backlash of 3 arc-minutes or less, with options for even lower backlash (less than 2 arc-min) for highly dynamic applications like robotics and machine tools. Robust Load Handling: Equipped with two rows of robust tapered roller bearings at the output, the gearbox can handle significant radial and axial (thrust) loads, ensuring smooth and quiet operation even under challenging static and dynamic forces. Durable Design: The gearboxes feature high rigidity and torque capacity through the use of uncaged needle roller bearings. They are also a maintenance-free solution, lubricated for life with high-viscosity, anti-separation grease that allows for flexible mounting in any orientation.
