Product Details
Seed grader contains three screens model suitable for cleaning & grading of various crop seeds i.e. Wheat, Paddy, Barley, Gram, Pulses, and Maize etc. GRAVITY SEPERATOR·: For separation of large size seeds like wheat, maize, peas, paddy, Lentil & mustard etc.·: Quick assembly deck type arrangement and easy adjustment for side and end slope, air control mechanism for fan. Complete with following features: ·: Capacity: 1-2TPH TPH (Based on wheat, at 12% moisture and 10% impurities).·: No. of fans – 03, mounted of single blower shaft with individual Air Flow Control System. All fans are dynamically balanced.·: Surge hopper over Gravity (Material G.I used)·: Electric Motor: 02 (5 HP for Blower fans and 01 HP for Gravity Deck. Make : Crompton/ Kirloskar/ Havel's / standard make) ·: Toolkit and other standard features. ·: Bearing made : NTN/SKF/NRB/NBC ·: Shaft: 51 mm, drawn shaft. All shafts are made of EN-8 & are mounted on pillow/flange type self aligned high quality ball bearings with built in casing.
