A Wheel Rim Torsion Fatigue Testing Machine is a specialized dynamic simulation rig designed to evaluate a wheel's lifespan under rotating bending or torsional stress. It duplicates the cyclic twisting forces a wheel encounters during sharp cornering, rapid acceleration, and heavy braking. By mounting the wheel rim securely and applying an alternating torque or bending moment through a loading arm, the machine calculates the exact number of stress cycles a wheel can sustain before structural failure occurs.
