We manufacture high grade Silicone Transparent Tubings of different sizes which are usable for various industrial purposes. Our transparent tubings undergo 14 Qualification tests, Extensive Laboratory Testing, Cytotoxicity and Heavy Metal Testing; these are reckoned for their brilliant bio compatibility. These Tubings are fabricated under Strict Good manufacturing Practices (GMP) in a registered medical device facility. These materials meet or even exceeds class VI requisite. Sterilization can be done for Silicone Transparent Tubings by steam [30 min/121 C/15 psi OR 10 min/132 C/30 psi] Dry heat, Ethylene oxide (ETO) or gamma radiation (2.5 Mega rads of exposure cumulative).Some of the industrial applications are: Exacting Medical Pharmaceutical Transfer Peristatic Pumping Laboratory Clinical and Hospital application Body Tissues & fluids Cited below are some of the specifications of our Silicone Transparent Tubings: Non-Reactive to body Tissue and Fluid Unaffected by most waters soluble materials Made from Medical Grade Silicone which conforms to USP class VI Requirement Complies with FDA 21 CFR 77.2600 Resists Oxidation, Ozone, Radiation, Sunlight Does not support Bacterial Growth Non-Adherence to Tissue Sterilize by steam, Ethylene oxide (ETO), Gamma Radiation Temp Resistant from 80 C to 250 C
