The Fan Blade Auto Riveting Machine, Wiper Blade Mild Steel, 450 V is built to join saw chain parts quickly and accurately. It runs on 450V three phase power plus uses a 3 HP motor that delivers steady force. The unit sets rivets up to 40 mm long - it handles wiper blades, fan blades and like parts without trouble. At 800 kg it stays planted when the press cycles, even under full factory load. Once the operator loads the parts, the machine cycles by itself - no one has to guide the ram or check each rivet. Every joint ends up uniform but also the pace stays high because the ram motion repeats without pause. Mild-steel plate and weldments form the frame as well as bed - the build tolerates years of shop abuse. The result is a bench or floor standing unit that turns out straight, tight rivets on chain, blades or similar items all day long.
