A finger joint, also known as a comb joint, is a woodworking joint made by cutting a set of complementary, interlocking profiles in two pieces of wood, Finger-joints are used to join short pieces of wood together to form pieces of greater length. The joint is composed of several meshing wedges or “fingers” of wood in two adjacent pieces and is held together with structural adhesives.The wooden blocks are clamped using pneumatic/ hydraulically and then are machined as per our requirements. Finger Joint Machine is very safe, reliable and high quality of production and product quality is obtained.Finger-jointing is a process for joining wood pieces longitudinally by the use of fingered end joints. A finger joint is a series of fingers machined on the ends of two pieces to be joined which intermesh and are held firmly in position by a water-resistant adhesive.
