Plate Accelerator : This item allows increased movement of a second ejector plate within a normal ejector stroke. Superior Double Ejector : The rear plates stops and the upper plates continues for the full ejection stroke. Thanks to the assembly of the units away from the center of mold but within the ejector frame the space required for installation is drastically reduced leaving more space for other mechanisms. Also works as the ejector guide pins and bushes, eliminating the need to install extra items. Rear Double Ejector : The the upper plates stops and the rear plates continues for the full ejection stroke. Thanks to the assembly of the units away from the center of mold but within the ejector frame the space required for installation is drastically reduced leaving more space for other mechanisms, compared to other solutions on the market. Also works as the ejector guide pins and bushes, eliminating the need to install extra items. Ejector Base - BA : The ejector base unit is an automatic unit which holds the ejector pin in position until the top is actuated. The pins can be taken out from the front of the tool. There is no requirement for strip down when repair or maintenance is needed. Ejector Base - BE : The ejector base unit is an automatic unit which holds the ejector pin in position until the top is actuated. The pins can be taken out from the front of the tool. Ejector Base - BT : The ejector base unit is an automatic unit which holds the ejector pin in position until the top is actuated. The pins can be taken out from the front of the tool. There is no requirement for strip down when repair or maintenance is needed. Accelerated Ejector : Allows to increase the stroke of selected ejectors within the tool. It is easy to install due to its cylindrical shape and possible to automate conventional tools.
