Modular Cleanroom is defined as specially constructed, environmentally controlled enclosed spaces with respect to airborne particulates, temperature, humidity, air pressure, airflow patterns, air motion, vibration, noise, viable (living) organisms, lighting and concentration of airborne particles are controlled to specified limits.
