Quality Assurance - Anjali Enterprise

At Anjali Enterprise, quality assurance sits at the heart of every step we take when we build a machine. We start with raw materials - every coil, sheet and component is chosen only after it passes our tests. As parts move through cutting, welding, machining plus assembly, inspectors record dimensions, torques and electrical values - nothing is allowed to proceed until it matches the written limit.

Each strapping machine, shrink wrapper but also carton sealer is then run empty, loaded and overstressed. Motors must hold set speed, heaters must stay within five degrees of target as well as frames must survive a thirty minute vibration cycle. After the mechanical trial, the machine receives a full day of carton or film runs - if a single strap slips or a seal fails, the unit goes back for adjustment.

Only after the quality team signs the checklist for accuracy, strength, paint finish and safety guarding do we bolt the machine to a pallet, wrap it or place the dispatch papers on top. We follow ISO 9001 clauses and update our procedures every quarter - in doing so we keep the machines reliable for years also keep buyers satisfied.
