Our Infrastructure - Evergreen Tradelink

Evergreen Tradelink owns a facility where we manufacture and supply water treatment plus purification equipment in Surat, Gujarat. The layout of the building allows us to produce, assemble, inspect, store and dispatch many types of water treatment systems.

Our facility has specific areas for us to manage products like Industrial Reverse Osmosis Plants, FRP RO Plants, Industrial RO Membranes, Water Softening Plants, DM Water Plants & RO Purifiers. In those areas we organize tasks so that our labor moves in a sequence but also the staff communicates clearly.

The technicians who manufacture and assemble the systems choose specific components, fit parts together with precision as well as configure the systems to operate. We monitor parts like filtration units, membranes, vessels, pumps, piping arrangements, control elements and supporting accessories so that the machines perform consistently.

There are storage rooms where we keep equipment or components safe from damage until we send them to buyers. On the loading floor, we move finished products in an organized manner. To prevent defects, we use designated stations for inspection and testing before the equipment reaches the users.

By using an organized facility next to fixed procedures, Evergreen Tradelink intends to provide products that perform the same way every time, produce goods quickly, manage orders on schedule and assist users reliably.
