First Idea Automation India stands on a single, solid base - a clean, well lit works in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Rows of up-to-date lathes, drills, laser cutters and test rigs turn sheets, chips and wire into gate motors, door locks and card readers. The plant runs five clear stages, each in its own hall.

Our factory breaks down into clear areas - design, building, checking packing and shipping. Each area has its own team. Every team is run by people who know the job well plus who refuse to let quality drop.

We put money into better machines and newer tools each year - we stay level with the rest of the trade. A trained team inspects every step of the build, from the first metal cut to the final box, to confirm that Slide Gate Motors, Electromechanical Bollards, Swing Gate Motors, Proximity Cards besides Photocells stay strong, safe plus reliable.

The factory covers a wide area, holds heavy stock and handles big orders without delay. The same space also turns out one off designs fast, because the lay-out but also the software adapt quickly. We keep an eye on new ideas and on steady performance and we do not let any item leave until it matches the standard we promise to every customer.
