Our Infrastructure - Flicker sports industries

Flicker Sports Industries operates from a modern plant in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. The site houses advanced machines and precise tools for metal cutting, surface treatment plus final assembly. With this setup the company turns out hard wearing gear - basketball poles, goal posts for football, tennis posts, backboards and parts for synthetic sports floors. Each item leaves the line within tight tolerances but also with the strength needed for long service.

The plant is laid out in four clear zones - a warehouse for incoming raw material, a production hall, a QC station and a warehouse for completed orders. The material moves through the zones in sequence, which limits idle time plus allows us to ship on the agreed date.

Technicians and machine operators work to written work instructions. The same steps are repeated for every batch - each goalpost, net or frame matches the agreed specification. When a client sends a non standard drawing, the lay out but also tooling can be adjusted without a separate building project.

Belts and cutting heads are serviced on a fixed calendar. Operators also record readings at the start, middle as well as end of every shift - any dimension that drifts outside the tolerance band stops the line. Flicker Sports Industries adds new control devices and software as they become available, expanding output to match the rise in orders from schools, clubs or municipal bodies across India.
