At Get Green Bio Energy, a solid, purpose built site in Bengaluru, Karnataka, lets us deliver biogas equipment that works day after day. The plant holds up-to-date presses, cutters, welders besides FRP moulds - with them we shape Biogas Plants, FRP Bio Digester Tanks and Biogas Storage Tanks to tight measurements every time.

Four zones sit side by side - one team draws the plans, the next builds the parts, a third runs pressure plus leak tests and a fourth signs off only when every item meets the standard. We form FRP by matched die moulding and hand lay up then finish seams with resin rich overlays. The result is tanks that do not leak, withstand years of slurry contact but also need little upkeep. A foreman and a quality officer track each step - parts move ahead only after they pass the checklist for wall thickness, joint strength as well as surface finish.

Our plant is run by trained engineers, technicians and quality staff - we can manage single custom jobs or large runs without delay. We also have secure storage plus a reliable transport plan that lets us pack and ship every order on time.
