The New Delhi plant of JEEVAN DAIRY EQUIPMENT builds food and dairy machines. The site holds CNC lathes, plasma cutters welding robots, torque wrenches besides PLC panels - these tools shape, join plus program Semi-Automatic and Automatic Chapati/Fulka/Paratha Makers, Rasgulla Makers, Peda Makers, Sweet Makers and Khoya Makers.
The factory splits into four zones - fabrication, assembly, quality testing and packaging. Each zone checks dimensions, welds but also meets the standards. The floor space is sufficient for the working purpose. This layout lets the plant dispatch a finished machine within two weeks. The output meets customer specs for throughput, uptime and wash-down cycles in large scale dairies besides central kitchens.
