Sg Bright Enterprises relies on a solid set up to deliver every machine on time, at the correct size and to the promised standard. The works stands in Nangloi, Delhi plus holds new lathes, mills, welders, testers and packed stores that let us serve many trades. Four bays sit side by side - one cuts but also welds steel, one bolts parts together, one runs each unit under power and one checks every bolt, bush as well as wire. Parts move from bay to bay in order - no lot leaves a station until it passes the check printed on its route card.

We shape, drill and finish Riveting Machines, Post Bed Sewing Machines, Metal Sheet Embossing Machines, Automatic Screwdrivers besides Hot Melt Coating Machines with tools that measure down to the micron. The steel we pick, the grease we pack or the paint we spray are tracked on the same cards.

Each finished machine runs empty then loaded then under full stress for a set number of hours - only units that show no leak, no overheating and no unusual noise receive a serial number also a dispatch note. Fitters and inspectors who have served the trade for years sign the card in turn.

Raw stock arrives on marked pallets - finished crates are loaded through the rear gates on the day the carrier books in. We widen bays, replace hoists next to re-write checks as soon as a better way is proved.
