Cover Block Moulds
The Cover Block Mould is a widely used product in the Construction industry. These moulds are used to form cover blocks used to avoid corrosion in building manufacturing. Generally, at the time of construction, the structure gets exposed to humidity and is damaged by corrosion. The rebar is fully submerged in the concrete by 2 to 3 inches to avoid these issues. These Block Cover help lift the rebar off the ground, allowing concrete to cover and flow the structure equally. These blocks maintain a distance between rebar and stuttering, thus saving them from corrosion and maintaining their strength. The moulds are mainly of two types based on their manufacturing material. These are Rubber and PVC Cover Block. It can be further differentiated as per their dimension and shape formation. These shapes are 20mm Slab, 25mm Beam, 40mm Column, 50mm Footing, etc.
