Product Description
Parboiling Plant are used for Boiling of Raw Paddy to Make Par-Boiled or Boiled Rice. It consists Parboiling Tanks, Elevators, High Pressure Fan, Dryer, Heat Exchange, Pipelines, Valves, etc.Parboiling is done in three steps: Soaking, steaming and drying. Parboiling causes a flagellation of the starch during the boiling and during cooling the amylase molecules re-emaciate with each other and form a tightly packed structure. The kernels are harder and appear glassier after the parboiling process.Rice Mill Plant, Capacity: 80-120 ton/day at Rs 450000 in Kindling | ID: 2165081448.Heat treatment during parboiling destroys some natural antioxidants and hence parboiled rice develops more rancidity than raw rice during storage. Shelled parboiled rice requires more power for polishing. Parboiled paddy may choke the polisher because of the higher oil content of the bran.
