Product Details
A Rim Impact Tester (Drop Weight Type) is a heavy-duty structural testing system used by wheel manufacturers to evaluate the fracture resistance and structural integrity of automotive wheel rims (alloy and steel). The machine subjects a wheel mounted at a specific angle to a dynamic drop-weight force, ensuring the wheel will not catastrophically fail, lose air pressure rapidly, or shatter when hitting potholes or curbs at high speeds.
