Product Details
Zinc die casting is a manufacturing process where molten zinc alloys are injected under high pressure into a custom-made steel mold (die) to create detailed, durable, and dimensionally precise components. The process utilizes the fast-cycling hot-chamber die-casting method, where a "gooseneck" mechanism is submerged in a furnace of molten zinc, and a plunger then forces the liquid metal into the die cavity. Once solidified, the parts are ejected from the mold and may undergo finishing processes such as trimming, deburring.
