These fully made storage tanks are used to store finished liquid masses like chocolate, at a required temperature and are continuously moved by means of the stirrer in one direction.Chocolate Holding tank is one of necessary equipment in chocolate production, which mainly uses in chocolate mass/fillings heat preservation storing after the correct grinding and conching. 2.The Chocolate Machine is a slander container, which is filled with wrapped chocolate balls. This machine is located on the desktop. The machine releases a chocolate ball onto the desktop every 40 to 60 minutes.
