A premium, multiple deoxidized, wire. Produces high quality welds in most grades of carbon steels.E70S-2 is a triple deoxidized wire which provides defect free weld deposits when properly used on most carbon steels. It is used especially for pipe welding. Our ER70S-2 Conforms to AWS A5.18 ER70S-2Our ER 70S2 is Triple deoxidized copper coated mild steel GTAW filler wire with very low impurities. S & P in the wire as well as weld metal do not exceed 0.01%. Weld deposit is tough, ductile and of radiographic quality. For Mig welding use Carbon Dioxide or Argon + Co2 or Argon + 2% Oxygen as shielding gases.
