Fully Electric CNC Tube Bender series features state-of-the-art bending technology, processing tube from 6mm up to 200mm OD and have multi-stack capability. Our full electric cnc tube bending machines can bend fixed and variable radii within the same cycle and allow bending with no straight between them. A carriage booster allows bends with radii as tight as 1D and consequently eliminates clamping marks. Our Machines work at high speed with complete control. Each and every axis are independently controlled by absolute servo motors, meaning the speed and movement of each can be synchronised and optimised to perfection – drastically reducing the cycle time. We offer fully automatic pipe and tube bending CNC-controlled machining of pipes with a diameter from 4mm to 150mm.
