In this industrial environment, workers produce 350 Ton Plastic Injection Molding Machine in large quantities. It operates with 350 tons of force and it keeps moulds closed - applying 200 tons of force. Due to those technical requirements, the process is stable plus the dimensions of the parts are accurate. By moving 175 cubic centimeters of material every second, the machine ensures that the material travels quickly and at a constant rate. For production cycles, this velocity is helpful because the machine finishes work efficiently. It is able to inject 423 grams of material during one cycle but also this capacity is sufficient to create parts that have significant dimensions. As the screw has a length that is 20 times its diameter, it melts the plastic thoroughly and improves how the material behaves. With a force of 5 tons at the nozzle and a distance of 125 mm for the ejector stroke, the machine moves parts out of the mould reliably. On a power supply of 440 V, the machine runs without stopping in a factory setting. Due to its build it functions for long periods but also produces a high number of parts.
