40 Ton PV Series Vertical Injection Moulding Machine designed for precision plastic molding applications. The PV Series Vertical Injection Moulding Machine is a device for the production of plastic parts with high accuracy. It provides 40 tons of force to hold the mould closed and it has a vertical design that occupies a small amount of floor area. For the delivery of material, it has a screw with a diameter of 27 mm and it applies a maximum pressure of 1300 kg/cm². On the heating system, the capacity is 3.5 HP so that the temperature remains steady while the plastic melts. To push the finished parts out, the machine uses a force of 1.7 tons. With platen dimensions of 415 x 370 mm, the equipment is compatible with many different mould shapes.
