Product Details
In a small industrial space, the 40 Ton PVDL Series Injection Moulding Machine functions as a tool for the manufacture of plastic parts. It is a machine that exerts 40 tons of pressure and this force maintains stable conditions when a person produces small quantities of items. With a screw that measures 35 mm across and rotates 220 times every minute, the device melts plastic plus completes cycles at an even rate. For the production of light components, the machine is capable of injecting a maximum of 130 gms of Polystyrene per cycle. Due to a tank that holds 180 litres of fluid, the hydraulic system operates at a constant level over long periods. By applying 2 tons of force to the nozzle and moving the ejector 35 mm, the mechanism removes finished parts without interruption. And because the total weight of the structure is 1.4 tons, it is possible for a user to install the unit easily and use the available floor area effectively.
