Product Details
A 3000W Manual Ultrasonic Welding Machine is a compact and easy-to-operate system used to join thermoplastic components using high-frequency ultrasonic vibrations. In this type of machine, the operator manually positions the plastic parts and activates the welding cycle, making it suitable for small-scale production, prototype work, and repair applications. The process creates strong and precise weld joints without the use of adhesives, screws, or chemical bonding. The machine works by converting electrical energy into ultrasonic vibrations through an ultrasonic generator and transducer. These vibrations are transmitted through a booster and welding horn to the plastic components held in a fixture. When vibration and pressure are applied, friction at the joint interface produces heat, causing the plastic to melt and fuse together. After the vibration stops, the molten plastic cools under pressure, forming a strong and permanent weld.
