Ultrasonic PP Corrugated Box Welding Machine designed for efficient welding of polypropylene corrugated boxes in industrial applications. It uses ultrasonic waves at a frequency of 15 KHz to create joints that are firm and exact. By using 2600W of power plus an output current that users can set between 0 and 100 A, the machine performs in an even and dependable manner. In its operation the device requires a 220V power supply but also utilizes air pressure between 2 and 7 bar so that the process remains regulated. With a specific area for joining of 30 sq. mm and a physical force range of 4 - 10 kg, the machine produces results that are correct. Because the structure is 1700 x 600 x 2400 mm as well as is made of solid materials, it is steady while it works. And the weight of 250 kg makes the unit resistant to wear and appropriate for use that does not stop.
