The Heavytech Mild Steel Double Chamber Pulverizer (5HP Model) is a powerful, durable, and efficient grinding machine designed for both commercial and semi-commercial use. It is equipped with a 5 HP 100% copper winding motor featuring an in-built coupling system, ensuring smooth, vibration-free performance and long-lasting reliability. Operating at 2880 RPM, this pulverizer delivers high-speed grinding efficiency while maintaining a consistent and fine output. With a production capacity of 40–50 kg per hour and a power consumption of just 2–3 units per hour, it provides an excellent balance of power, performance, and energy efficiency.Built with a heavy-duty mild steel body and a robust double chamber design, the Heavytech Pulverizer ensures superior performance and uniform grinding. Each chamber is fitted with 4 high-speed blades, giving the machine a total of 8 blades for enhanced cutting and pulverizing efficiency. The double chamber system allows for cooler grinding, reduced material loss, and higher output quality. It comes with six interchangeable sieves that allow different levels of fineness for a wide range of materials such as spices (chilli, turmeric, coriander, etc.), grains (wheat, rice, maize), pulses, herbs, and other dry products. The single-phase design, operating at 220–240 volts, makes it convenient for both domestic and commercial environments without the need for industrial power connections.Designed for ease of use, cleaning, and maintenance, this pulverizer features a compact yet heavy and stable body structure that ensures safety, durability, and smooth functionality.
