Azam ASN9984 double rack is a rotary oven suitable for hosting two racks with 42+42 trays (tray size 350×450 mm).

These electrical, diesel, wood or gas ovens offer 37,4 sq.m. of cooking surface in less than 4 sq.m. Compact and strong, this oven from Bake Off India, meets all the needs of bakers, confectioners and distribution chains.

The internal tray rotation and ventilation make it ideal for the production of bread and delicate patisserie, guaranteeing a perfect consistency and baking gentleness. Its five speeds guarantee the best productions and make it perfect for any type of location.

The connection setup allows installing more ovens serially. The heat exchanger is made with top materials that allow to extend its guarantee to 12 month.

This oven, now available with Vision control panel and capacitive touch-screen display with icon-based interface, allows even unskilled personnel autonomous control over the programs.
