Autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC), also popularly known as autoclaved cellular concrete (ACC) is a lightweight, foam concrete building material. AAC products include blocks, wall panels, floor, roof panels and many more.Block making machines produces blocks for making building and walls. Materials which are required for the production of concrete blocks are aggregates (crushed stones, volcanic cinders, gravel, foamed slag, furnace clinker etc), cement and water.The key ingredient to manufacture AAC blocks is fly ash or pond ash. Fly ash is mixed with water to form fly ash slurry. Slurry thus formed is mixed with other ingredients like lime powder, cement, gypsum and aluminium powder in quantities consistent with the recipe.
