Product Details
The Automatic Folding Carton Taping Machine (FXJ-5050Z) folds and tapes the flaps of cartons on packing lines. It uses an AC 220 V, 50 Hz power supply and a 260 W drive so that the sealing process does not consume excessive electricity. As it operates at a speed of 22 m/min, the machine processes approximately 25 cartons in one minute. For the size requirements, the machine accepts cartons that are at least 180 × 160 × 180 mm plus at most 600 × 500 × 500 mm. On the conveyor belt, the weight of the items is not more than 30 kg. To meet the needs of different carton strengths, the system applies BOPP, PVC or water free adhesive tapes in widths of 48, 60 or 76 mm. And the height of the table is between 600 and 750 mm so that the machine matches the level of other conveyor systems. With dimensions of 1830 × 920 × (1450 - 1600) mm and a weight of 250 kg, the machine is heavy enough that it does not shake during constant use. If the operator provides an air supply of 0.4 - 0.6 MPa, the pneumatic components fold and tape the flaps automatically.
