Working Principle
Most automatic garlic peel machines operate based onpneumatic or air-compression technology. Here's a breakdown of the working mechanism:
Garlic Feeding:
Garlic bulbs are manually or automatically broken into cloves and fed into the machine via a hopper.
Clove Separation (Optional Module):
Some machines come with a garlic clove separator that separates garlic bulbs into individual cloves before peeling.
Peeling Chamber:
The cloves enter a peeling chamber wherecompressed air jetsorfriction-based methodsare used to loosen and remove the papery skin.
In pneumatic models, air pressure blows the skin off without damaging the garlic cloves.
In mechanical models, rotating brushes or rollers may be used to peel the garlic.
Peel Separation:
The peeled cloves and skins are separated usingairflow systemsorvibrating sieves.
Garlic skins are collected in a separate outlet for disposal or composting.
Output:
Clean, peeled garlic cloves exit from another outlet, ready for further processing or packaging.
