We offer wide range of Automatic Pouch Packing Machines for filling small quantities of spices, chemical, pesticides, masala, grains, pulses, flour,Mouthfreshner, Dhana dal, Mukhwas, etc in to small pouches. SPP-100V model is a Fully automatic hybrid Form Fill Seal machine with the advantage of air tight seal due to pneumatic sealing arrangement and Economical solution due to Mechanical sealing for vertical sealing. Highly Precise Volumetric cup filler is at the heart of this Automatic Pouch Filling Machine with the telescope cup arrangement for discharging set quantity of product in to the pouches formed from the heat sealable material. Accurate synchronisation of Pouch forming and filling is achieved using the micro controller based control unit and the Photo-registration unit. This synchronisation also helps in achieving the contamination free sealing. Machine is available in Standard and GMP Construction where all the contact parts are made of high quality steel or ENP coating. Variois Batch coding units can be integrated including the Bar code printer for printing various information on the pouches. Nitrogen filling can also be integrated with the machine. Highly modular design facilitates quick change over of parts for supporting various pack-sizes, cleaning and maintenance. Machine can operate at a speed of 40 pouches per minute depending on the product floability and other characteristics with overall filling accuracy of better than +/-2%.
