The Multi Head Machine for Kurkure Packaging is a system that functions automatically at high speeds to package kurkure, potato chips and savory snacks. It is precise because the multiple weighing heads measure the mass of the food items exactly. The machine fills containers with a mass between 5 grams and 2000 grams. There is a production rate of 51 - 100 pouches during each minute. It creates seals on three sides of a pouch, four sides of a pouch or in a pillow shape. To operate the hardware requires an electrical supply of 440 volts and 6 kilowatts of power. Operators change the settings and parts for different products in a short amount of time.
