This peanut shelling machine has a compact structure, easy operation, and reliable performance. It is used to shell peanuts; can separate shells and kernels with high efficiency and almost without damage to the kernel; the shelling rate can be ≥95%, and the breaking rate is≤5%.The most popular method of groundnut shelling, which is still widely used is the method of crushing or pressing the pods in between the thumb and the first finger to break off the pods and release the seed.The main parts are the hopper, shelling chamber, shelling drum, electric motor, fan chamber, channel and frame.The initial step of the shelling process involves cleaning the peanuts, after which they are sent via conveyor belts through shelling machines. These machines force them through perforated grates to de-hull them, or separate the kernels from the shells.
