A heat sealer is a machine used to seal products, packaging, and other thermoplastic materials using heat. This can be with uniform thermoplastic monolayers, Band Sealers (often called Belt Sealers) are ideal for high volume packaging and sealing thermoplastic materials like polyethylene, plastic-lined, foil and gusseted bags of almost any size or length. Operating speeds can be set lower or higher without wear to the sealer.Sealing is the surface-to-surface joining technique of materials using a substance which usually is of a different type, and which adheres to the surfaces of the two adherents to be joined, transferring the forces from one adherent to the other. The substance used for sealing is known as a sealant or sealer.A Band Sealer with Nitrogen Flushing, as the name suggests, works by filling nitrogen gas into the package to preserve longevity and then seals the packaging content. This nitrogen filling system is commonly used for packing food equipment. It is also known as the Sealing Band Gas Flushing Unit.Sealers are thinned varnish, shellac or lacquer and are used to prevent absorption of surface coatings and also to prevent the bleeding of some stains and fillers into surface coatings, especially lacquer coatings.
