The Cooling Conveyour are designed according to ambient temperature & space available after oven . it may be in multiple times & turns to save the space in the factory . The biscuits are cooled from top & bottom sides by turning on each tier without disturbing their individual lanes coming out of the oven .Belt conveyors can be used to transport products in a straight line or through changes in elevation or direction. For conveying Bulk Materials like Grains, Ore, Coal, Sand etc., over gentle slopes or gentle curvatures, a troughed belt conveyor is used.A conveyor belt is a material handling system designed to move supplies, materials, and components using an efficient and effortless process that saves on time, energy, and cost. The design of conveyor belts includes two motorized pulleys with the conveyor material looped over them.
