Sealing machines are used to seal containers with liquids, granules, powders, and sprays for consumer, bulk, and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) supply shipments. Packaging materials include aerosol containers, bags and pouches, blister packs, bottles and jars, as well as cartons and boxes.The sealing head emits an electromagnetic field when the container is passed under it. The eddy current heats the aluminum foil liner that seals the mouth of the container. This non-invasive process helps to achieve a hermetic seal on the bottle with the cap closed and does not affect the contents.A vertical form fill sealing machine is a type of automated assembly-line product packaging system, commonly used in the packaging industry for food, and a wide variety of other products.Sealing is the surface-to-surface joining technique of materials using a substance which usually is of a different type, and which adheres to the surfaces of the two adherents to be joined, transferring the forces from one adherent to the other.Sealed plastic containers divided into four main ways, namely the bundle sealing, adhesive sealing, physical sealing and filling and sealing. They have their own characteristics. Bundling seal means the product can not be sealed, but its use is very wide, has a high degree of freedom.
