The Carton Strapping Machine, 24 Straps/Min is a semi automatic packager that tightens a plastic band around a carton and seals it. The frame is stainless steel - it withstands daily bumps plus scrapes in a plant. It feeds, tensions and seals one strap every 2.5 seconds, which keeps the line moving. The motor runs on 220 V, 50 Hz but also under normal load the machine cycles about ten times each minute. A single push button starts the sequence - no special training is required. We keep units on the shelf - you may order one piece and we will ship it the same day.
