Product Details
In a medium scale packaging environment, this Box Sealing Machine functions to apply tape to carton boxes. It is a unit that uses 220V/50Hz power and it is capable of processing cartons that measure up to 500 × 500 mm. To maintain the speed of a production line, the machine processes 80 cartons every minute. Due to the use of MS powder coated steel in the frame and a total weight of 30 kg, the machine is long lasting plus it requires little maintenance. For easy placement in a workspace, the machine occupies a small area of floor space. As the machine applies tape in a uniform manner and uses guides that an operator can adjust, the seals are dependable on different carton sizes. By working in this way, the machine ensures that fewer boxes are rejected or require a second application of tape. With simple controls and a setup process that is fast, operators can change the dimensions for different cartons in a short amount of time.
